Mission
To empower, certify and support women entrepreneurs and companies in developing conscious projects through a methodology with positive impact — offering training, workshops, strategic alliances and a supportive community that integrates the personal, professional and institutional at every step.
Our President
Verónica Elena Carmona Sampedro is a historian (University of Seville), specialised in social project management, certified mentor and author of the book Alcanzando el Infinito (Reaching Infinity). With over eight years of experience designing and facilitating leadership, culture and well-being programmes in multinationals, she founded the Tu Luz Association combining methodological rigour with direct experience in women-led entrepreneurship. Her work is rooted in her most important value: coherence between purpose, thought and action.
